About the role
We are seeking an experienced Tenant Liaison / Property Manager to oversee apartment complexes throughout the Capital Region. This role focuses on maximizing occupancy, maintaining positive tenant relations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day property operations. Work Location: In person. Job Type: Full-time.
Responsibilities
- Advertise available apartments and conduct weekly showings, placing new tenants.
- Respond promptly to tenant repair requests.
- Collect rent and handle minimal legal filings.
- Schedule and oversee routine maintenance and property upkeep.
- Manage lease renewals.
- Order repair materials and supplies as needed.
- Assist with light accounts payable tasks and filing.
Qualifications
- Previous property management or leasing experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong understanding of apartment maintenance and turnover processes.
- Knowledge of local rental laws and regulations is a plus.

Pay
Base salary: $52,000 per year, with performance bonus ranging from $15,000 to $25,000, resulting in potential annual income of $67,000 to $77,000.
