What the Day-to-Day Looks Like
- Run the full cycle of property management, including morning walk-throughs across three properties
- Track and coordinate preventative maintenance items
- Work with maintenance staff and outside vendors
- Handle unit and property inspections
- Manage the leasing side, including showing units, running competitive rent analyses, and maintaining occupancy
- Handle delinquency follow-up, notices, and operational paperwork
- Live on-site in a provided one-bedroom apartment
- Work one weekend day per week and have on-call availability
What You Need
- At least three years of conventional multifamily property management experience
- Working knowledge of Yardi for property accounting
- Ability to supervise maintenance staff and schedule vendors
- Demonstrated leasing skills, including market analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication; solid command of Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
Compensation And Benefits
- Pay range: $23 to $25 per hour
- Monthly auto allowance of $300
