About the role
We are seeking a Property Manager Leader to join our dynamic team. This role requires a minimum of five years’ experience as a residential property manager, with prior supervisory experience including selection and hiring, team training and coaching, and budget processing.
Responsibilities
- Communicate and coach your team to embody our mission and create referral-worthy customer experiences.
- Manage a Class A asset with around 300+ units, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws and regulations.
- Oversee building and grounds maintenance, resident relations, leasing, rent collection, and eviction procedures.
- Ensure effective use of property management and accounting software for accurate financial reporting and budgeting.
- Balance income and expenses to achieve the best overall results, with occasional travel required.
- Advocate for your team to enhance individual performance and provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of multifamily property management practices and processes, including accounting principles and property safety.
- Proficiency in using OneSite and Ops Technology is a plus.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years’ experience as a residential property manager.
- Prior supervisory experience in selection and hiring, team training, and coaching.
- Working knowledge of multifamily property management practices and processes, including Fair Housing laws and regulations, building and grounds maintenance, resident relations, leasing, rent collection, and eviction procedures.
- A strong understanding of bottom-line and ability to balance income and expenses for optimal results.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
