About the role
We are seeking a Property Manager Leader to join our dynamic team. This role requires a minimum of three years' experience as a residential property manager with prior supervisory experience.
Responsibilities
- Communicate and coach your team to embody our mission of creating referral-worthy customer experiences.
- Balance leadership and strategic thinking to continuously improve operations and services.
- Advocate for your team to enhance individual performance and provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
- Manage multifamily property management practices including Fair Housing laws, building and grounds maintenance, resident relations, leasing, rent collection, eviction procedures, and accounting principles.
- Ensure compliance with property management and accounting software.
- Balance income and expenses to achieve the best overall results.
- Occasionally travel as part of your responsibilities.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of multifamily property management practices and processes.
- A strong understanding of bottom-line and financial management.
- Experience with OneSite and Ops Technology is a plus.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ experience as a residential property manager.
- Prior supervisory experience: selection and hiring, team training and coaching, budget processing.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to advocate for your team.
- Passion for exceeding customer expectations.

Pay
$10/hour - $15/hour based on experience and qualifications.
