Property Management company in Orlando, Florida is looking to hire a full-time Property Manager. This property management position earns a competitive salary of up to $65,000/year. We provide excellent benefits, including health, dental, vision, 10 days of paid time off (PTO), and 8 paid holidays.

About the role

As a Property Manager, you oversee day-to-day operations, manage financial goals, and enhance the value of the property. You ensure that everything runs smoothly at the property and that tenants, as well as employees, are happy. Leveraging your fantastic customer service skills, you maintain positive relationships with renters as you conduct property tours, collect payments, and negotiate lease contracts. You maintain expert knowledge of the property, community, and competitors in order to identify and implement solutions. Conscientiously, you inspect the property for damage and schedule routine maintenance. You manage all property personnel, including landscapers and cleaning crews. Using effective marketing strategies, you market the apartments and townhomes in order to meet occupancy goals. Always monitoring resident satisfaction, you make sure that tenant concerns and requests are always handled in a timely manner. Your great customer service skills come to play as you communicate with apartment residents. With attention to detail, you prepare budgets and implement them. You carefully document expenses, receipts, invoices, and warranties. While you have your share of administrative tasks to complete, you get to engage with team members, residents, vendors, and the public throughout your day. You are always friendly and professional in all your interactions. You take pride in providing well-managed apartments and townhomes for the tenants while maximizing profits for the owner!

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of property management or related experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and RealPage / One Site software
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal property regulations
  • Ability to meet all state licensure requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required
