Property Manager

About the role

The Property Manager will oversee all operational aspects for mixed use residential and commercial properties, acting as the on-site manager and being responsible for the day-to-day operations, including supervising, leasing, and maintenance personnel.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, maintenance, and vendor coordination for assigned communities.
• Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with community standards.
• Oversee the successful performance of the properties.
• Oversee all marketing & leasing activities.
• Main point of contact for all tenants.
• Supervise all property staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of property or community association management experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and budgeting skills.
• Proficiency with property management software (e.g., TOPS, AppFolio, Buildium).
