Property Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned properties
• Oversight of property maintenance and repairs
• Handling tenant inquiries, complaints, and emergencies promptly
• Conducting property inspections and enforcing lease agreements
• Cooking property showings
• Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Preparing and managing property budgets

Skills

• Proficiency in upselling additional services or amenities
• Knowledge of legal administrative procedures related to property management
• Experience in facilities management and maintenance
• Strong customer relationship management skills
• Able to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
• Familiarity with property leasing processes
• Administrative skills for managing property documents and records
• Understanding of relevant laws governing property management (e.g., landlord-tenant law)
• Knowledge of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills to interact effectively with tenants

This position is located in the Moses Lake WA area. You must be located in the area and able to reasonably commute to the area when needed.

The position is a Hybrid position with some onsite work. Must have a valid and active real estate license in Washington State.
