With occupancy consistently running at 93–95%, strong renewal performance, completed renovations, and a stable team, this is an excellent opportunity for a proven property management professional looking for a long-term leadership role. This position is ideal for a bilingual Spanish-speaking property manager who enjoys being visible, engaged, and involved in the daily operation of a community—not someone who prefers to manage exclusively from behind a desk.
