Property Manager

About the role

Sand Property Management is seeking a Property Manager to oversee operations at Edge Apartments, a 48-unit residential community in Kasson, MN. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $21.00-$24.00 based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations
• Lead initiatives in leasing, marketing, collections, and resident retention
• Ensure compliance with Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, HOME program, and Project Based Section 8 requirements
• Supervise and support on-site staff and vendors
• Maintain high standards for property appearance and resident satisfaction
• Cook up coordination of inspections, move-ins and move-outs, and maintenance requests
• Build strong relationships with residents and community partners

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience managing affordable housing
• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities
• Proficiency in Yardi Voyager
• Tax Credit Experience (preferred)
• Experience supporting diverse populations
• Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and empathetic leadership skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test

Pay
