Property Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily operations of the property.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain occupancy goals through effective leasing and resident retention efforts.
• Cook up maintenance activities and monitor completion of work orders.
• Process applications and determine eligibility in accordance with LIHTC requirements.

Experience Requirements

• Tax Credit LIHTC
• 2 years of Property Management
• Processing Applications, Recertifications and Resident Files
• Bi-Lingual

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
