Property Manager

As a Property Manager, you will oversee all operational aspects of assigned properties, ensuring resident satisfaction and achieving financial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident services
• Lead and develop onsite teams to promote high performance and excellent customer service
• Implement marketing and leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income
• Administer lease agreements, ensure compliance with laws, and handle tenant communications
• Monitor property budgets, expenses, and financial reporting
• Coordinate maintenance and vendor services to uphold property standards
• Address resident concerns promptly and professionally to maintain positive community relations

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in multifamily property management or real estate operations
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
• Bilingual skills required to effectively engage with diverse residents
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
• Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
• CAM or CAPS certification is advantageous
