About the role
The Property Manager at Kotarides Property Management is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day property operations, including training, managing, and coordinating staff to achieve property objectives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing laws, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Landlord-Tenant Laws and other relevant laws.
- Motivate and supervise all on-site staff to achieve operational goals.
- Execute the property’s marketing and business plans as directed by the Director of Property Management.
- Train and motivate leasing team.
- Shop competition and stay informed about market conditions.
- Oversee leasing and renewal activity to ensure maximum occupancy and profitability.
- Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to ensure resident service needs are met.
- Lead emergency teams for the community, ensuring proper response and handling of all community emergencies within company guidelines to minimize liabilities.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years experience in property management.
- A successful track record of accomplishments in supervision.
- Excellent communication, organization, management, and customer service skills.
