Property Manager
Primary Responsibilities
- Serving as a role model for KCM's core values and culture.
- Implementing sales, marketing, and operational strategies to achieve targeted occupancy and customer retention goals.
- Managing the property's financial performance effectively.
- Generating accurate and timely financial and operational reports.
- Maintaining strong relationships and loyalty with all stakeholders.
- Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the competitive marketplace.
- Collaborating with consumer marketing to implement effective marketing strategies.
- Ensuring consistent guest satisfaction, resulting in outstanding customer ratings and positive community reviews.
- Working on weekends to assist prospective residents.
- Fostering the professional growth and development of all team members.
Requirements
- A high school degree is required.
- A college degree or some college education is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in the property management, hospitality, or retail industries.
- A strong leadership track record.
- An impeccable client and customer relationship track record.
- Experience with revenue, budget, and P&L management.
- A basic knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A sharp professional appearance.

Pay
The salary range represents the low and high end of Klingbeil Capital Management's salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel.
Schedule
Work on weekends to assist prospective residents.
