Property Manager
About the role
We are seeking a Property Manager to oversee the management of a portfolio of properties. The role involves preparing and implementing operating budgets, evaluating budget performance, managing tenant improvements, coordinating capital improvements, overseeing maintenance and repairs, and interfacing with various departments including leasing, development, accounting, construction, and finance. The ideal candidate should have superior knowledge of commercial real estate, commercial facility maintenance practices, property management accounting standards and systems, advanced Excel skills, and a strong financial aptitude.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and implement operating budgets
- Evaluate budget performance
- Evaluate and manage tenant improvements
- Evaluate and coordinate capital improvements
- Evaluate and oversee maintenance and repair projects
- Interface with leasing, development, accounting, construction, and finance departments
- Interface with third-party vendors
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a retail commercial property manager
- Experience in commercial facility maintenance and property management accounting
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- A professional designation such as CSM, CPM, or CCIM is preferred
- Able to travel regularly
- Ambitious and creative problem solver

Benefits
The expected salary range for this position is between $100,000 and $130,000. The actual compensation will be based on factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, market and business considerations, and other factors permitted by law.
