Property Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Property Manager to oversee the management of a portfolio of properties. This role includes preparing and implementing operating budgets, evaluating budget performance, managing tenant improvements, coordinating capital improvements, overseeing maintenance and repair projects, and interfacing with various departments and third-party vendors.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of retail commercial property management experience
• Ability to travel regularly
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• Professional designation such as CSM, CPM, or CCIM preferred
• Ambitious and self-starter with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Strong financial aptitude and creative problem-solving abilities
• A technology-forward mindset with a willingness to embrace innovation

The ideal candidate should have superior knowledge of commercial real estate, commercial facility maintenance practices, property management accounting standards and systems, and embrace a technology-forward mindset with a strong curiosity for merging tools, AI, and bringing forward-looking perspectives that inspire innovative solutions.

Pay

The expected salary range for this position is between $100,000 and $130,000. The actual compensation will be based on factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, market and business considerations, and other factors permitted by law.
