Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of assigned properties
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and rental rates
- Cook up property maintenance and repairs
- Market and lease vacant units to prospective residents
- Build positive relationships with residents and address concerns promptly
- Supervise on-site staff and evaluate performance
- Ensure compliance with lease agreements and property regulations
- Maintain accurate records, invoices, and operational reports
Qualifications
- A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Three to five years of real estate, property management, or sales experience
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience with Yardi software is preferred
Work Environment
A full-time position in a professional office setting. The schedule typically includes weekdays and occasional Saturdays based on business needs.
