Requirements We’d love to hear from you even if you do not meet 100% of the criteria listed here! *** Skills Required Leadership Detail-oriented Able to work in a fast-paced work environment Team support Salary Description Starting at $24.00 per hour" We need to extract sections: - About the role: maybe the introductory paragraph describing role: "As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for Day-to-day, on-site management and resident relations. You will achieve and maintain optimum occupancy through the marketing and leasing of apartment units and renewal of existing leases and perform supervision of the physical property." Also maybe the description of position: "Position: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Hourly Rate: Starting at $24.00 per hour". But Pay and Schedule sections separate. - Responsibilities: list of duties under "Duties & Responsibilities". Those are bullet-like sentences separated by periods. We need to put them as
  • . - Requirements: The "Requirements" heading appears: "Requirements We’d love to hear from you even if you do not meet 100% of the criteria listed here! ***". No specific criteria listed after? Actually after that line there is "*** Skills Required Leadership Detail-oriented Able to work in a fast-paced work environment Team support". So maybe the requirements are not explicit; but we have a "Skills Required" list. The "Requirements" section may be empty aside from that statement. We should not create a section if no real specific content. The line "We’d love to hear from you even if you do not meet 100% of the criteria listed here!" is not specific criteria. So we may skip Requirements section. - Qualifications: Not present. - Skills: The "Skills Required Leadership Detail-oriented Able to work in a fast-paced work environment Team support". That's a list. We'll put under Skills. - Benefits: list of benefits: "Health InsuranceHealth Savings Account (HSA)Employee Rental DiscountEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Free use of amenity spaces at any Highland property! (Party rooms, swimming pools, fitness centers, dog parks and more!) Paid Time Off (PTO)Paid HolidaysDental InsuranceDisability and Life Insurance401(k) Matching". Need to split into items. Likely each benefit separated by missing spaces; we need to parse. The string: "Health InsuranceHealth Savings Account (HSA)Employee Rental DiscountEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Free use of amenity spaces at any Highland property! (Party rooms, swimming pools, fitness centers, dog parks and more!) Paid Time Off (PTO)Paid HolidaysDental InsuranceDisability and Life Insurance401(k) Matching". We need to separate: Health Insurance, Health Savings Account (HSA), Employee Rental Discount, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Free use of amenity spaces at any Highland property! (Party rooms, swimming pools, fitness centers, dog parks and more!), Paid Time Off (PTO), Paid Holidays, Dental Insurance, Disability and Life Insurance, 401(k) Matching. We'll create
    • for each. - Pay: The posting includes "Hourly Rate: Starting at $24.00 per hour". Also later "Salary Description Starting at $24.00 per hour". So we have pay info. We'll create Pay section with that. - Schedule: "Position: Full-time, 40 hours per week." That's schedule info. We'll create Schedule section. - About Us: The "About Us" paragraph is company description; could be considered "About the role"? Actually "About Us" is about company, not role. The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should not include About Us as a heading unless we map to About the role? The About the role heading is for description of the role. We can include the introductory description about the role there. The About Us company description could be omitted as not required heading; but we could include it under About the role? Probably better to include only role-specific info. The About Us is not required; we can drop it as it's not under specified headings. The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., not limited to those but suggests those are typical. We should only include sections when posting has real specific content. The About Us is not one of those headings; we could still include a heading like About the role and put role description there. The company description could be omitted. Thus final HTML:

We need to ensure no extra sections like Requirements, Qualifications if no specific content. Also we should not repeat job title as heading. Good. Check that we preserved all substantive information: The description about living on-site not required but higher rent discount - we omitted that. That's substantive. Should we include it? It's a detail about the position. Where to put? Could be under About the role or Responsibilities? It's a perk/condition. Could be under Benefits? It's a rent discount for living on-site. Actually "Living on-site is not a requirement of this position, but employees who do choose to live on-site will receive a higher rent discount!" That's a benefit (rent discount). We already have Employee Rental Discount in benefits; but the higher rent discount for on-site is a nuance. Could add a note under Benefits: maybe "Higher rent discount for on-site residence". But we already have Employee Rental Discount generic. Might be okay to omit? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should include that detail. Where to put? Could add a separate bullet under Benefits: "Higher rent discount for employees who choose to live
