Requirements

• 5+ years of property management experience
• Strong financial reporting and budgeting skills
• Tenant relations and vendor management experience
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Yardi experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial properties
• Oversee tenant relationships and daily operations
• Manage vendors, contracts, and maintenance services
• Monitor budgets, rent collections, and property expenses
• Coordinate tenant move-ins, move-outs, and improvement projects
