Property Manager
Position Overview

Job Title: Property Manager.
Position Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week.
Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (some off hours will be required).
Pay Range: $30.68 hourly.
Position Goal
The Property Manager will be responsible for the property management of HACAP owned units and the units of another local housing entity. The position will collaborate with tenants, applicants, contractors, community partners, and the neighborhood to make the housing units a safe and affordable home for its residents and the community. The role will be part of the Linn County housing operations team and must work collaboratively with other HACAP Property Managers, Tenant Resource Coordinators, Maintenance staff, and staff from other contracted housing entities. This role will provide onsite property management at units across Linn County. This position will work with contracted partners and HACAP’s property management team to support the department and agency’s strategic initiative of “affordable housing for all.”

Qualifications & Conditions Of Employment
- Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or a business-related field preferred OR
- Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or Human Services.
- Three years of work experience in property management.
- Experience working with households that have barriers to tenancy (highly preferred).
