Property Manager

We're Full Circle, a locally owned property management company in Burlington, Vermont. We look after apartments, homes and commercial buildings across Chittenden County, and we try to do it the right way: fair to residents, straight with owners, good to our own people.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to person for your residents and owners
• Fill vacancies: show units, screen applicants, sign leases
• Get repairs done with our maintenance techs and local vendors
• Keep rent, budgets and inspections on track

On-call

About one week in six you carry the emergency phone. You answer and send the right technician; you never go out yourself. Most weeks it barely rings.

Relocation

We interview remotely and can time your start around your move.

Requirements

• 2+ years managing residential or commercial property
• Calm, clear communication, especially when things get tense
• Comfortable with property management software (AppFolio a plus)
• A valid driver's license; you'll drive between properties

Preferred qualifications

• Vermont landlord-tenant know-how
• A local vendor network
• Enough building know-how to troubleshoot a repair by phone

Pay

$55,000–$65,000, based on experience

Monday–Friday, 9 to 5, in Burlington
