Property Manager

About the role

The Property Manager is responsible for managing a manufactured housing community, focusing on community management, resident relations, and daily operations. Responsibilities include attracting tenants, collecting rents, managing repairs, securing property, and negotiating leases.

Responsibilities

• Accomplish financial objectives by collecting rents, paying bills, forecasting requirements, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective action.
• Maintain property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units, completing repairs, planning renovations, contracting with landscaping and snow removal services.
• Secure property by maintaining security devices, establishing and enforcing precautionary policies and procedures, and responding to emergencies.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
• Contracts with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposits.

Requirements

• Must have 2-5 years of experience in property management.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a drug test.
• Positive attitude with the desire to learn and excel in both a team and independent work environment.
