Property Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced multifamily community manager for one of our Manufactured Housing communities. This is a full-time position with weekly pay. The ideal candidate will be personable, detail-oriented, and committed to excellent customer service, with a focus on long-term professional growth within our rapidly expanding company.

Responsibilities

• Attract tenants by advertising vacancies, obtaining referrals, explaining community advantages, and showing units.
• Sell and rent homes, as well as lease lots to residents who purchase homes outside of our company.
• Accomplish financial objectives by collecting rents, paying bills, forecasting requirements, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
• Maintain the property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing occupancy rules, inspecting vacant units, planning renovations, and contracting landscaping and snow removal services.
• Secure the property by maintaining security devices, establishing precautionary policies, and responding to emergencies.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
• Negotiate leases and collect security deposits.
• Achieve organizational goals by accepting ownership of new requests and exploring opportunities to add value.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in property management, preferably in manufactured housing or multifamily communities.
• Strong sales motivation, with skills in negotiation, territory management, prospecting, and closing.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and listening skills.
• Problem-solving and organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass a drug test.
