We are currently looking for a Property Manager to manage an apartment complex in downtown Pleasant Prarie, WI - Inspire Prarie Springs.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct management oversight for the property
- Maximize NOI and asset value on behalf of the property
- Property management and operations
- Maintenance oversight
- Tenant relations
- Support maintenance and leasing staff
- Accounts payable and collections
- Annual budgeting
- Risk management
- Financial reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study
- 3-5 years of residential property experience
- Experience managing a lease-up is required
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Financial reporting proficiency
- Executive level communication skills
- Customer‑focused professional
Skills
- Experience using Yardi or a similar property management software (preferred)
- Residential apartment management experience (preferred)
Pay
From $75,000 annually
