About the role
We are growing our team and seeking experienced managers in condo/HOA management with industry designations such as CMCA, AMS, or PCAM.
Responsibilities
- Expertise in condominium/HOA management
- Conduct property inspections (interior & exterior) to identify issues, owner violations, and ensure properties meet Denali’s safety and appearance standards
- Manage and oversee vendor services for communities, including landscape, snowplow, elevator maintenance, insurance policies & claims, and sprinkler systems
- Oversee maintenance work on electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems as required
- Develop short and long-term capital plans to achieve and sustain community goals
- Understand major repairs and capital projects, including scopes of work, financing, obtaining bids, and bid leveling
- Track and report on the financial performance of communities and implement strategies to enhance asset value
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws pertaining to the property, community, client employees, and resident/tenant relations
- Attend Community Board & Owners’ Meetings as the management company liaison and community partner
- Enforce community rules and regulations
Requirements
- Industry designation such as CMCA, AMS, or PCAM (or similar)
- Experience in condominium/HOA management
- Yardi experience preferred but not required
