Property Manager
CRMG is seeking a detail-oriented Property Manager with exceptional customer service skills to oversee the 41-unit apartment community of Oak Creek Townhomes. This role includes managing day-to-day operations, marketing, resident screening, rent collection, and property maintenance.
About the role
Amenities at Oak Creek Townhomes include on-site laundry for units without washer and dryer connections. The Property Manager will live on-site and handle all aspects of property management, including serving notices, developing reports, and preparing agreements.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day property management
- Marketing and resident acquisition
- Maintaining property integrity and handling maintenance requests
- Screening prospective residents
- Collecting rents and serving notices
- Developing reports and preparing agreements
- Handling after-hours emergencies
- Administering landlord/tenant laws, Fair Housing Laws, and safety protocols
- Performing bookkeeping tasks, including rent collection and report preparation
Requirements
- Two (2) years of previous customer service experience
- Two (2) years of previous property management experience
- Basic experience with MS365 (Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages)
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and pay attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance
- Understanding of landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Labor Laws, Fair Housing Laws, and safety protocols
Previous Entrata Property Management Software experience is preferred.

Pay
$22.00–$25.00 per hour
Schedule
Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–5:00 PM (32.5 contracted hours per week)
