Property Manager

About the role

Cottonwood Residential is one of the first apartment management companies to offer Self-Guided Tours, redefining the customer experience. We seek a Property Manager who will innovate, learn, and work hard to continue improving the customer experience at The Richmond Apartments in Millcreek, UT. You will create an unforgettable experience for residents and prospects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee overall property operations, including maintenance and office functions.
• Regularly communicate with residents, prospects, and vendors.
• Lead the property team to ensure efficient operations at all levels.
• Manage cost control and revenue programs.
• Develop annual operating budgets.
• Create strategic sales and marketing plans.

Requirements

• Minimum three years of Property Manager or related experience.
• Strong leasing, sales, and/or customer service experience.
• REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) experience preferred.
• National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) certification preferred.
• Entrata Core experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws is preferred.
