Mission
Join ClearRealty as a Property Manager, where you will serve as the primary operational leader for a growing portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties. In this role, you'll oversee day-to-day property operations, tenant relationships, leasing activities, vendor coordination, maintenance initiatives, and property performance while ensuring assets are maintained to a high standard and operated in accordance with company objectives.

Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in property management, commercial real estate operations, multifamily management, facilities management, or a related property operations role
- Demonstrated experience managing tenant relations, leasing activities, budgets, operating expenses, vendor relationships, maintenance activities, and day-to-day property operations
- Experience with property management platforms (Yardi Voyager strongly preferred) and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Strong understanding of property operations, tenant relations, leasing activities, vendor management, maintenance coordination, budgeting, and operational performance management
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple properties, projects, operational issues, deadlines, and competing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with tenants, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Ability to review, interpret, and administer lease agreements, operating budgets, financial reports, vendor contracts, and property-related documentation
- Experience working within a commercial real estate, mixed-use, multifamily, office, retail, or multi-tenant property portfolio environment
- Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar property management platforms, including exposure to leasing, maintenance, budgeting, reporting, or tenant management functions
- Experience coordinating capital improvement projects, tenant improvements, property renovations, or operational improvement initiatives
- Exposure to vendor procurement, contract administration, insurance claims coordination, or service provider management
- Experience supporting process improvement, workflow development, technology adoption, or operational efficiency initiatives within a growing organization
- Prior experience working in a small team, entrepreneurial, or owner-operated environment where adaptability, initiative, and accountability are highly valued
