Job Summary

As a Property and Assistant Property Manager at CMHA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful operation and maintenance of our Public and Affordable Housing properties in Cincinnati, Ohio. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day property operations, tenant relations, and financial performance. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced property manager who is passionate about creating comfortable and welcoming living environments for our Residents.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Urban Studies, Property Management or related field; or an equivalent combination of post-secondary education and property management experience
  • Two (2) years supervisory experience
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Valid driver's license with no more than 6 accumulated points in 3 consecutive years
