Responsibilities
- Support the daily operations of a residential community while assisting with administrative, operational, and resident service functions.
- Serve as a professional and responsive point of contact for residents, vendors, and prospective tenants.
- Aid in resident inquiries, maintenance requests, move-ins, move-outs, and general lease administration.
- Maintain accurate resident files, property records, correspondence, and other documentation with exceptional attention to detail.
- Collaborate with maintenance staff and outside vendors to ensure timely completion of work orders and ongoing property needs.
- Assist with rent collection tracking, invoice processing, reporting, and additional administrative responsibilities as needed.
- Participate in property inspections, resident initiatives, and special projects while contributing to an outstanding resident experience.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, hospitality, leasing, or property management is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, service-oriented approach.
- Dependable, organized, and available to work fully onsite in Lakeview beginning August 3 for a three-month temporary assignment.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
