We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: "About You" which is about the role? Could map to "About the role". Responsibilities: there is a "Key Responsibilities:" section with subpoints. Requirements: maybe "Preferred Experience" and "Skills & Experience"? Actually "Skills & Experience" is a list. Qualifications: maybe "Qualifications" heading appears later: "Qualifications Why Join Us:" but that seems like a weird heading. There's also "Why Join Us:" and "What We Offer" and "Benefits & Perks". There's no explicit Pay or Schedule. So we should not create Pay or Schedule sections. We need to preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate (EEO, legal, etc). We need to keep the content about company, role, responsibilities, etc. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading (page already shows it). No Job ID. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. Let's identify sections: - About the role: could be the introductory paragraph about CCI and the role? The posting starts: "We make good investments in our people, properties, tenants, and company. Preferred Experience: Project-Based Section 8, LAHD programs, HUD compliance, and affordable housing property management experience. CCI is a nationwide full-service real estate platform..." That's more about company. Then later "About You As a multi-site Property Manager at CCI, you will provide leadership..." That's about the role. So we can put that under About the role. - Responsibilities: The "Key Responsibilities:" section with sub-sections: Leadership and Management, Recruitment, Property Performance, Customer Service & Service Standards, Program Compliance, Workplace Safety. Those are duties; we can list them as

    • each maybe with subpoints? But we need to preserve all substantive info; we can flatten into list items each containing the description. Could also nest but spec says use
      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can make a
          with each responsibility as
        • . Might be long but okay. - Requirements: Could be "Preferred Experience:" and maybe "Skills & Experience" (which includes years experience etc). Also "Physical Demands" and "Travel:" etc. Those could be under Requirements or Qualifications. The spec includes sections: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide mapping. We have content: - Preferred Experience: Project-Based Section 8, LAHD programs, HUD compliance, and affordable housing property management experience. - Skills & Experience: bullet list: 5+ years’ experience managing people, 3+ years’ experience in Property Management or related real estate discipline, 3+ years’ experience with standard real estate software (Yardi, Microsoft Office 365 preferred), Experience with affordable housing programs (Project-based Section 8, Section 202, LIHTC) preferred but not required, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience, Industry certification such as CPM, CAM, or similar preferred, then a list of soft skills: Take initiative..., Be Inquisitive..., Be Tech-savvy..., Be a Good Communicator..., Be Detailed-oriented..., Be Flexible... - Physical Demands: Mostly sedentary..., Ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Travel: UP to 10% as needed... - Qualifications: Actually there is a heading "Qualifications Why Join Us:" but then it goes into culture etc. That seems like a misplaced heading. The actual qualifications might be the Skills & Experience list. The "Why Join Us:" and "What We Offer" and "Benefits & Perks" are about benefits. Thus we can map: - About the role: includes the introductory paragraphs about CCI and the role description (About You). - Responsibilities: the Key Responsibilities section. - Requirements: maybe combine Preferred Experience and Skills & Experience (hard requirements) and Physical Demands/Travel. - Qualifications: maybe the soft skills list? But spec says Skills section separate. Could treat Skills & Experience as Skills section. Then Requirements could be the Preferred Experience and Physical Demands/Travel. Qualifications could be education/certification? Hmm. Better to follow typical job posting: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (experience/education), Skills (soft skills), Benefits (what we offer). Qualifications maybe not needed if covered. We have "Why Join Us:" and "What We Offer" and "Benefits & Perks". That's benefits. Thus sections: - About the role - Responsibilities - Requirements - Skills - Benefits We should not include Pay or Schedule as no info. Now we need to extract content and format. Let's extract About the role content: From start: "We make good investments in our people, properties, tenants, and company. Preferred Experience: Project-Based Section 8, LAHD programs, HUD compliance, and affordable housing property management experience. CCI is a nationwide full-service real estate platform focused on acquisition, asset management, property management and development. Our current property portfolio consists of around 8,000 apartments and townhomes, with a focus on providing affordable housing for seniors and persons with disabilities. We also own and manage a diverse and growing portfolio of other real estate assets covering traditional multifamily rentals, office and light industrial uses. CCI employs around 400 Teammates in 30 states across the country – and we’re growing! As we enter the next phase of our company’s growth, we’re looking for Teammates who can help us optimize our existing management platform (systems, tools and processes), better leverage technology, and maintain our reputation for excellence. We are looking for ambitious self-starters who aren’t afraid to dig in. We value excellent communication and collaboration, and we reward those who challenge the status quo to find better ways of doing things. We believe that people learn best by doing – so although we offer a full range of classroom learning and structured training paths, we prioritize hands on experience and self-directed development. We’re proud of the people-first company culture we’ve built over the past two and a half decades – we’ll stretch and challenge you, and we’ll let you be you." Then "About You As a multi-site Property Manager at CCI, you will provide leadership and management to multiple on-site Teammates, and you will be personally responsible for achieving excellence in all aspects of operational performance at your assigned properties. You are a confident and capable people manager. You’re well versed in juggling multiple competing priorities and able to react and recalibrate quickly without missing a beat as situations evolve. You are passionate about property management and driven by a desire to achieve the optimal results when it comes to occupancy, resident satisfaction, compliance with HUD, state and local program requirements, safety and building upkeep and financial performance. You are a fast learner and an excellent teacher, able to quickly grasp new concepts and re-package them in ways your Teammates can absorb, embrace, and adopt. You are comfortable with ambiguity and confident in making decisions, even with incomplete or imperfect information. You are an excellent communicator, able to interact with confidence and poise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels." We can combine these into a few paragraphs.
