About the role
As a CBRE Property Manager, you will supervise the team responsible for all operational and financial activities of a portfolio of industrial properties. This role is onsite in Cincinnati, OH, USA.
Responsibilities
- Provide formal supervision to employees, including monitoring training, development, performance evaluations, and mentorship.
- Lead all aspects of recruiting and hiring new employees.
- Coordinate and manage the team’s daily activities, including establishing work schedules, assigning tasks, and cross-training staff.
- Set and track staff and department goal dates; mentor and coach as needed.
- Respond to tenant needs and issues.
- Perform financial reporting and lease abstracting.
- Act as the primary contact with property owners, serving as the owner representative to ensure objectives are met.
- Prepare and deliver timely, accurate, and complete reports.
- Develop and control annual budgets for operating and capital expenses.
- Forecast management plans and prepare monthly performance reports, explaining variances.
- Help create programs to assist properties with emergency recoveries.
- Prepare all required legal notices for approval.
- Review tenant rent and common area maintenance recovery charges to ensure timely payment.
- Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values.
- Influence parties of shared interests to reach agreements.
- Apply knowledge of your field and how it integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues, whether evident in existing systems or not.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience in commercial real estate and education will be considered.
- Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems.
- Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mentality.

Pay
The minimum salary for the Property Manager is $85,000 annually, and the maximum salary is $95,000 annually. The compensation offered will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
