Property Manager

Your New Company Hays is partnered with a well-known Real Estate firm, who are looking to add a Property Manager to their team in Fort Lauderdale. This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly growing company. Your new role Complete property inspections & maintenance assessments on-sitePrepare monthly reports including financial statements, operating and leasing metrics and occupancy and lease expiration statusOversee Capital & Tenant Improvement Planning and CoordinationCommunicate regularly with and manage site vendors and contractorsPrepare vendor contracts, reports, and other related documentsManage and oversee tenant space buildouts/improvements in order to maintain a high quality of construction and to ensure compliance with construction drawings, including conducting meetings with architects, construction contractors, and tenants What You'll Need To Succeed You will need a minimum of 3 years property management experience in Commercial Real Estate (Mixed-use experience)Excellent communication & organizational skillsExperience overseeing multiple assetsExperience managing a team (recruitment, onboarding, training & development)Proficient in Yardi, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, ETC.)Bachelor's degree in real estate, Business Administration or Communication is preferred What You'll Get In Return Very competitive salaryMedical, dental, vision, and life insurance401(k) with a generous match and no vesting periodUnlimited PTO What You Need To Do Now If you're interested in this Commercial Property Manager role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
