Property Manager

Position Title: Property Manager A well-established commercial real estate investment firm in Mesa, AZ, is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee lease administration, tenant relations, CAM reconciliations, and financial reporting across a substantial retail property portfolio. This role involves preparing and analyzing leases, reviewing job costs and estimates, managing contracts, and collaborating with accounting and maintenance teams to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate has 5–10+ years of commercial property management experience, strong financial and analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of lease administration and CAM reconciliations.
