Property Manager

Position Title: Property Manager We are seeking a hands-on Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties throughout San Diego County. This role is responsible for managing daily property operations, conducting inspections, overseeing leasing activities, coordinating maintenance, managing rent collections, and maintaining strong tenant relationships. The Property Manager will oversee multiple properties while ensuring operational efficiency, high occupancy, and exceptional property conditions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in residential property management, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable managing multiple properties across different locations. This individual must be highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and take ownership of property performance.
