Role: Property Manager overseeing daily operations of a commercial real estate portfolio. Responsibilities Manage building performance, vendor contracts, budgets, and capital projects.Ensure compliance with lease terms and regulations.Lead onsite staff and coordinate maintenance and sustainability initiatives.Deliver exceptional tenant service.Prepare financial reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs).Support leasing and renewal activities.Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and service providers to optimize operations, achieve cost savings, and maintain a safe, high-quality environment.
