Responsibilities
- Overseeing multiple property operations ensuring quality, compliance, and high resident retention
- Developing and managing property budgets, financial reporting, and achieving occupancy targets
- Leading, mentoring, and supervising on-site teams to meet company standards and operational goals
- Managing vendor relationships and overseeing maintenance and capital improvement projects
- Ensuring compliance with Fair Housing, safety, and other regulatory requirements
- Implementing strategic initiatives to enhance community engagement and satisfaction
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of property management experience, with a focus on luxury multifamily housing
- Demonstrated success in managing large properties or portfolios
- Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting and NOI management
- Proficiency with property management software such as Yardi
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- CAPS, CAM, or CPM certifications preferred but not required
- Deep knowledge of relevant real estate laws and regulations, including Fair Housing
- Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment
