About the role
The role is responsible for managing the company's social media presence and engaging with customers through various platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media
- Create and publish engaging content across multiple social media channels
- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights to improve campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in social media management or similar field
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and analytics tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.
- Experience with SEO and content optimization
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software (optional)
