Responsible for overseeing property operations, managing maintenance, and ensuring tenant satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily property operations
- Manage maintenance requests and ensure timely repairs
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with tenants and vendors
- Develop and implement strategies to improve property performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of property management experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Knowledge of property management software (optional)
