Responsibilities
- Oversee daily property operations
- Manage maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with tenants and vendors
- Prepare and submit monthly reports to management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of property management experience
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
