Property Manager

About the role

A Property Manager contributes to AHF by presenting a friendly, helpful face to tenants, people seeking housing or other visitors. Within their duties of Property Manager for AHF’s Healthy Housing Foundation location, this position has the opportunity to give standout service that enhances the reputation of AHF and HHF.

Responsibilities

• Show living units, sign leases and forms
• Schedule move-ins according to scheduled work
• Bring-in resources for the families
• Set up the rooms for the families and provide them with necessary items including remotes and rules
• Provide written reports on the progress of the building
• Complete incident, safety or security reports
• Collect rent
• Update tenants database (AppFolio)
