Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Senior Housing Apartments and community.
Handle administrative and compliance items according to requirements and guidelines.
Provide leadership and management to staff.

Requirements
- Aceociate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Equivalent experience will be considered.
- HUD regulations knowledge/experience required.
- Property Management, Housing, and Social Services experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong Computer and technical skills.
- Able to travel as necessary for training.
- Able to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Able to be flexible and receptive to diverse population.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Equivalent experience will be considered.
