Property Manager

About the role

The Property Manager position at AHEPA Senior Living is dedicated to overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the Senior Housing Apartments and community. Responsibilities include handling administrative and compliance items according to requirements and guidelines, providing leadership and management to staff, and contributing to the nonprofit community through donations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Senior Housing Apartments and community.
• Handle administrative and compliance items according to requirements and guidelines.
• Provide leadership and management to staff.

Requirements

• Aceociate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Equivalent experience will be considered.
• HUD regulations knowledge/experience required.
• Property Management, Housing, and Social Services experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong Computer and technical skills.
• Ability to travel as necessary for training.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to be flexible and receptive to diverse population.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, equivalent experience, HUD regulations knowledge/experience, property management, housing, and social services experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, strong computer and technical skills, ability to travel, ability to work independently and in a team environment, and the ability to be flexible and receptive to diverse populations. Must also have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
