Property Management Associate

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls from tenants, vendors, and visitors.
  • Respond to and route emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Verify and maintain Certificates of Insurance (COIs) to ensure vendor and tenant compliance.
  • Enter, track, and process invoices within the property management system.
  • Affix, track, and issue building access credentials, identification badges, and related documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records and electronic filing systems.
  • Support property managers with administrative tasks and day-to-day operational needs.
  • Cook up with vendors and internal teams to facilitate property-related activities and requests.
  • Monitor and update databases, spreadsheets, and property records as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service to tenants, visitors, and business partners.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • An associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous administrative, customer service, office support, or property management experience preferred.

Work Environment

This is an on-site role located in New York City. The position requires working closely with the manager in a busy and fast-paced office environment.

This is a Contract position based out of New York, NY.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
