Property Management Accountant

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Property Management Accountant to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $28.00 to $32.00 per hour. Job Responsibilities Perform daily reviews of financial records and transactions to identify discrepancies and ensure accounting accuracy. Prepare bank and account reconciliations while maintaining accurate financial balances and supporting documentation. Process vendor invoices, payments, and property related disbursements in accordance with established procedures. Research and resolve payment, ledger, coding, and account issues while providing timely support to internal and external stakeholders. Assist with accounting projects, data maintenance initiatives, and administrative tasks that support operational efficiency. Requirements Bring strong accounts payable experience within a fast paced or high volume accounting environment. Demonstrate experience with property management accounting and financial record maintenance. Possess experience preparing bank reconciliations and managing account balancing activities. Maintain proficiency with accounting software and the ability to learn new systems quickly. Demonstrate knowledge of month end close support, financial transactions, and payment processing activities. Qualifications Apply exceptional attention to detail when reviewing transactions, invoices, and accounting records. Demonstrate strong organizational and follow up skills while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Communicate effectively with vendors, property owners, team members, and other stakeholders. Utilize analytical and problem solving skills to identify discrepancies and implement appropriate resolutions. Bring experience with property management platforms, owner payment activities, or portfolio accounting environments considered beneficial. REF#52971 #ZR
