Responsibilities

• Perform minor repairs to electrical systems inside and outside units (breakers, outlets, switches, disposals, ceiling fans, interior/exterior lighting systems, etc.)
• Complete structural repairs including carpentry (doors, exterior work), tile work, interior repairs (holes in walls, door handle replacements)
• Perform interior and exterior painting, including drywall and siding preparation, staining and finishing of wood surfaces
• Handle plumbing repairs including faucets, supply lines, toilets, and related fixtures
• Complete all work orders and related paperwork in a timely and professional manner
• Drive independently to job assignment sites safely and professionally (company vehicle provided for maintenance between property locations)

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Trade, Technical, or vocational school preferred
• One year of maintenance experience on residential property
• Valid Texas Driver's License, clear MVR, and ability to be insured

Pay

$21.48 per hour
