Property Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Minor maintenance
• Cleaning
• Preparing apartments for new tenants
• Completing work orders
• Maintaining the grounds

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in basic building and maintenance repairs
• Professional, reliable, and capable of working independently

Qualifications

• Available to work Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
• Able to work without direct supervision
