Own property claims from first notice of loss through resolution.
Conduct on-site inspections to assess damage and determine coverage.
Develop estimates using Cotality Guide.
Partner with agents and internal teams to deliver strong outcomes.
Participation in catastrophe duty as needed.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- At least a year or more of Property claims handling experience
- Estimating platform experience (Xactimate, Cotality, Symbility, etc.)
- Experience with property inspections and damage assessment
- Knowledge of dwelling/mobile home construction
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to work in the field, including climbing ladders (40+ lbs)

Pay
The salary range for this role in New Jersey is between $60,000 and $85,000 annually plus bonus and benefits mentioned above.
Schedule
Candidates must be located in or near Princeton, Tom’s River, or Manchester Township or Lakehurst, New Jersey area and must have flexibility to complete CAT deployment as needed.
