Property Damage Crew Member

Pay

$22–$25/hr depending on experience

Schedule

Full-time with occasional on-call rotation

Responsibilities

• Help respond to water, fire, and mold damage jobs
• Assist with drying, equipment set up, demolition, and clean up
• Take photos and document work (we’ll show you how)
• Work directly with customers and support them during stressful situations
• Learn industry skills alongside experienced team members
• Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized

Requirements

• Reliable and ready to work
• Willing to learn new skills (we provide paid training)
• Comfortable with physical work (lifting, moving, working in different environments)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean 3-year driving record
• Must be able to pass a background check (minimum age 18)
• Positive attitude and team mindset

Candidates with a current IICRC WRT certification will receive a signing bonus.
