• $19–$25/hour DOE
• Weekly bonus opportunities

Responsibilities

• Respond to homes and businesses affected by water, fire, mold, and other property damage
• Set up drying equipment and monitor the drying process
• Perform demolition, cleanup, and restoration work
• Take photos and document job progress (we'll teach you)
• Support customers throughout the restoration process
• Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized

Requirements

• Reliable and ready to work
• Positive with a strong team attitude
• Willing to learn new skills
• Comfortable performing physical work
• Interested in building a long-term career
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record for past 3 years
• Ability to pass a background check going back to age 18

Construction, moving, warehouse, or general labor experience is a plus—but not required.
