Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate, evaluate, and resolve auto liability claims in compliance with company policies and state regulations
  • Analyze policy coverage and determine liability while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Gather and assess statements, police reports, and other evidence to support claim decisions
  • Communicate professionally with policyholders, claimants, attorneys, and third-party vendors to ensure timely claim resolution
  • Manage claim files effectively, ensuring timely documentation and follow-up
  • Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining efficiency in a high-volume call center environment
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and drive operational success

Key Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience handling auto liability claims, including making coverage and liability decisions, and recorded statements
  • Strong knowledge of insurance policies, state regulations, and claim resolution procedures
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex information both verbally and in writing
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills to assess claim validity and liability
  • Proficiency in computer systems and ability to multitask efficiently
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally
